After the purchase, we do not leave our customer on their own. Our experts and system consultants carry out, supervise or attend the installation and commissioning of the power packs and systems manufactured by Hydropa, if required by the customer.

Furthermore, our employees support our customers with custom-tailored educational training. They instruct and educate your specialists for a skilled system operation by providing extensive adaptation training as well as specific training for operation, maintenance and failure diagnosis. In case of emergency, you can reach our Hydropa-hotline around the clock (24/7), 365 days a year. The hotline is well-staffed with qualified and experienced specialists, who then individually organise a team of experts, professionals and engineers to quickly attend to your problem: Immediate technical support and world-wide service.
